recruit people™ licensed partners are organisations that have signed up to legally binding codes of practice and conduct with regards to the way they manage employer opportunities, the candidates they seek, and the recruitment agencies they work with to find them.

licensed partners have the benefits of access to exclusive or highly confidential employer opportunities managed by other licensees. They are also able to promote the fact that they are licensed to use recruit people™ to manage their own client opportunities, thereby having the extended candidate reach of national network of recruiters with whom they collaborate to deliver client results.

The obligations licensed partners make to candidates and recruiters are detailed under the people direct and recruiters present headings. They must also ensure that consultants managing assignments through recruit people™ have attained appropriate training standards.

In relation to Employers, recruit people™ licensed partners will:

  • Endeavour to ensure that all communications with candidates and recruiters will reflect the professionalism of your company
  • Guarantee to forward all suitable candidates and provide a report of all candidate responses, both direct and from recruiters, for each opportunity upon request
  • Endeavour to ensure that all issues of confidentiality and sensitivity are observed
