How this works

 

 The RecruitPeople Sandvik portal has two main purposes:-

 

1. To help people to make better informed choices about whether or not they should further investigate a career with Sandvik?

 

 

1. If so, then to help make that process efficient and effective for all parties; applicants, recruiters and Sandvik itself.

 

We independently gather and share in-depth information about working for Sandvik.

 

We help develop, then publicise a number of live employment opportunities with the company for which people can apply for immediately through the opportunities page.

 

Recruiters may also present candidates for certain opportunities, having first registered as a supplier (see below).

 

We work closely alongside the Sandvik human resources team to provide you with the best possible experience of interacting with the company.

 

People Direct

Depending on which opportunity you are applying for, your application may be handled through to interview stage either by the Sandvik human resources department, or by our own administration team. 

 

If you prefer to make an application in writing, you can find the postal address via the contact section on this website.  All applications are treated equally, irrespective of whether they are made in writing or on-line, or which team they are processed by.

 

Recruiter Present

RecruitPeople is pleased to build supplier relationships will all recruiters, irrespective of size, location or specialisation.  Please click here or visit the main RecruitPeople home page to read more about our terms and service level agreements.

 

Once you have registered as a supplier we will send you a list of opportunities for which Sandvik is accepting recruiter submissions.  From there you log into your own home console and use the reference numbers provided to read and then present candidates.  The on-line console and the RecruitPeople team will keep you informed regarding your application progress.

 

As a recruiter, your candidate presentations for Sandvik opportunities promoted via RecruitPeople must be made via this website.  All direct approaches to Sandvik will be referred back to RecruitPeople by the Sandvik human resources team. 

 

Important – recruiters please note:  Attempting to negate the contractual arrangement between Sandvik and RecruitPeople on specific placement opportunities may result in that recruiter having their supplier status refused or withdrawn.
